LPBIN and LPBIN2
The LPBIN and LPBIN2 are packed in double thick cardboard boxes, surrounded by foam. Shipping damage is very uncommon. In the event you do discover a damaged piece. Please contact us for a replacement piece at no cost. 
We will accept a complete return only if the LPBIN or LPBIN2 is unopened. The return request must be within two weeks of the UPS delivery confirmation date. We will arrange a UPS pickup from the delivery location. The UPS driver will attach the return label when he picks up. A restocking fee of $25 plus return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Your refund will be processed when the unopened LPBIN or LPBIN2 has been returned and inspected. Refunds are processed back to the same source used to purchase. Shipping fees are not refundable. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will be accepted for return.

Bin5
We will accept a returned Bin5 for a refund, only if all pieces are returned undamaged. The return request must be within 2 weeks of the delivery confirmation date. We will arrange a UPS pickup from the delivery location. The UPS driver will attach the return label when he picks up. Bin-e and Wallbin
We will accept a returned Bin-e or Wallbin for a refund only if it is returned undamaged and in its original packaging.  The return request must be within 2 weeks of the delivery confirmation date. The customer is responsible for the return shipping. Your refund will be processed when the Bin-e or Wallbin  has been returned and inspected. Refunds are processed back to the same source used to purchase. Shipping fees are not refundable. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will be accepted for return.

LP Sleeves
We will accept returned LP Sleeves for a refund only if all pieces are returned undamaged. The return request must be within 2 weeks of the delivery confirmation date. The customer is responsible for the return shipping. Your refund will be processed when the sleeves have been returned and inspected. Refunds are processed back to the same source used to purchase. Shipping fees are not refundable. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will be accepted for return.
